Well, we can’t unplug literally. With the direction, the world is going, it seems like we’ll be spending more time in front of the screen than anywhere else. More and more of us are feeling a little bit “off”.
I bet you’ve been experiencing some of the following feelings:
- Like your ideas or your voices are not being heard
- Frustrated with staying organized with your distributed workforce
- Disconnected from your virtual teams
But it doesn’t have to be that way. You don’t have to go through a virtual burnout because #ValoFest is here to bring the #ValoLove into your digital workplace.
We’re doing things a bit differently this year! The second edition will be taking place on April 21st, 2021 from 11 am to 3 pm separately in all three regions (APAC, EU, NA) and caters to business decision-makers, business architects, change innovators, internal communicators, Teams fans, and anyone else ready to reshape the digital working culture at work or at home. Each region will feature a keynote speaker along with four-speaker sessions that will cover the most relevant and recurring issues when it comes to the future of work and bringing your distributed workforce together. Not only will you get inspired, but you’ll leave the sessions feeling optimistic about where you stand in the working world of the digital era!
We’re keeping the speakers and surprises on the hush-hush and will only reveal and confirm the full itinerary in the weeks to come. Why would we want to spoil all the fun ahead? But hey, to keep you a bit in the loop of what’s to expect, take a look at what the four-hour virtual event will look like in each region:
Last year, Valo Fest compromised of a 24-hour global digital event that had both a solution track and experience track to cater to a wider audience. We had over 1091 registrants and expect an even greater outcome for the 2021 edition.
With previous headliners such as Mark Kashman (Senior Product Manager, Microsoft), Karin Zingmark (TEDx Speaker, Advisor & Author of Driving Change, Nominated Speaker of the Year 2019) and Laurie Pottmeyer (Senior Program Manager, Community Lead, Microsoft Teams Engineering ·Microsoft), who wouldn’t want to join in on such an insightful and fun virtual event.
Here are just some of the things some of the speakers had to say about the event last year:
Thank you and your team for putting on a great event, with wonderful pre-con, during-con and post-con energy. Easy to plug into and fun to build out some new assets to engage with the community & customers online. Go Valo Go!
I think you’ve done an incredible job in keeping us informed, supplying the necessary information AND supporting us during sessions etc. Well done to all!!!
